ODX-4 (140 Modified Yamaha DX100 Sounds for OPX-4) AIR MUSIC AKAI MPC

My computer is loaded with years of .syx files for old yamaha fm synths, many that I have made myself or had shared with me, but as much as I love my DX, there's much better tools around now for funky frequency modulation. I wanted a clean conversion of my files which proved impossible but I created a max for live device to help me with the process. This is the first batch of sounds I did, they're not all perfectly converted over and might need some tweaking but its a lovely sound palette to kickstart a sound design session.

I will be refining these into specific banks of highly curated sounds and have thousands more patches to go through so please enjoy these for free and stay tuned for more sounds.

To install, download, drop into your MPC software. It might say unable to load on the first go but it does work a charm second time around.

To install to MPC, as above, but then search your mac/pc for the folder that the MPC studio created, I think it will be personal.JB.ODX-4. Head to controller mode on your mpc, and drop the folder personal.JB.ODX-4 into your synths>AIR MUSIC TECHNOLOGY - MPC - OPx-4- Presets Folder.
